Today on Tapod we are joined by the Dynamic Duo, Nikki Boecker – Project Manager, Systems Transformation and Madie Lee – TA Lead from Taronga Conservation Society – that’s right the Zoo!
But it’s not just animals that make up this amazing organisation and as Nikki puts it. ‘It’s like a mini city’. Just imagine having to recruit for almost every position possible, from scientists to poop shovelers (not the real job title), administrators to zoologists and everything in between.
We talk talent attraction strategies and use of video in advertising. Who wouldn’t want to work in the zoo right? Especially when you work next to koalas and squirrel monkeys and feed giraffes in your lunch break .
